Helpdesk and Support

Bizibody operates a telephone helpdesk and onsite IT support service to support lawyers on a range of technnology solutions; including Online / Web services (Justice Online), Desktop Applications (LEAP, Open Practice, Lawdocs, Worldox) and general hardware systems and network infrastructure maintenance services.

Our helpdesk is manned by trained personnel from 9am to 6pm on weekdays.
